A native of Brazil, Chey has been an integral member of Dhar Law, LLP for several years, developing an extensive, hands-on experience in criminal defense practice.
Chey has trained under several of our trial attorneys, gaining the refined skills and experience that uphold the firm’s standard of excellence. Her work has equipped her with the ability to manage a complex caseload, address the individualized needs of our clients, and maintain a standard of meticulous attention to detail.
Chey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Relations from Suffolk University, where she was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law, concentrating her studies in criminal law. During her final year of law school, she successfully completed the rigorous Zealous Advocacy program, further refining her courtroom skills and strengthening her foundation for effective and strategic criminal defense representation.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Chey brings a global perspective to her practice and maintains a strong commitment to issues at the intersection of criminal justice, immigration law, international law and cross-border legal issues.
