AUDREY C. MURILLO
BOSTON CRIMINAL DEFENSE & IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY

Audrey focuses primarily in complex matters where both criminal and immigration are components (commonly known as "crimmigration"), representing clients in criminal trials as well as before USCIS and nationwide Immigration Courts. Fluent in Spanish, she handles family-based adjustment matters, removal defense, consular processing, visas, waivers, employment benefits, and appeals at the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Her past work experience includes stints at a large Boston litigation firm and as a juvenile criminal defense attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
Audrey is currently on hiatus from Dhar Law, LLP until 2021 having been selected to serve as a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Law School.
