Michael’s practice focuses on Business Law, Immigration, Real Estate and various litigation matters. Michael has previously interned with Harvard University’s Refugee and Asylum Clinic at Greater Boston Legal Services, where he worked extensively with the Mayan Community of New Bedford in the aftermath of the Michael Bianco Factory raid of 2007. He worked for the City of Boston Inspectional Services Department, appearing frequently in Boston Housing Court under SJC Rule 3.03 certification. He also interned for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as working for The Community Builders, Inc., a non-profit development corporation founded in the South End of Boston and currently operating in over 10 states.
Michael earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.A. in History from Boston College. He is fluent in conversational Spanish as a result of travel throughout Latin America. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the Boston Bar Association (BBA).
