Laura Malouf is a Senior Associate at Dhar Law, LLP. She focuses her practice on civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts and sophisticated transactional matters with the Firm's corporate clients. Ms. Malouf also practices administrative law before various professional licensing boards and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Ms. Malouf is committed to providing aggressive and effective representation.
Ms. Malouf graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining Dhar Law, LLP, Ms. Malouf served as the founding member of Malouf & Radner, LLC, a small, boutique law firm. There, Ms. Malouf focused her practice on redressing unlawful discrimination, unfair employment practices, police misconduct, and securing indigent criminal defendants' post-conviction rights. Thereafter, Ms. Malouf joined a high-profile Boston defense firm, where she continued to hone her legal skills. In 2006, the Massachusetts chapter of a national civil rights organization honored Ms. Malouf for her commitment to legal advocacy.
Ms. Malouf is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Ms. Malouf has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis to practice in multiple other state and federal courts.
