As a seasoned trial lawyer, Kevin R. Hayden focuses his practice on civil litigation and an array of criminal defense including white-collar crime, major felonies and juvenile representation. Kevin also counsels businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals in real estate negotiations and disputes, government enforcement actions, and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Dhar Law, Kevin was a solo practitioner and member at a prominent mid-level Boston firm for several years representing corporations, non-profits and individuals at the federal, state and administrative levels.
