Audrey C. Murillo focuses her practice at Dhar Law, LLP on immigration, criminal defense and domestic relations issues.
Ms. Murillo gained professional training in criminal defense while working for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in Roxbury, Massachusetts. She continues her private defense practice before Massachusetts district courts and also specializes in representing minors before the Boston Juvenile Court. Ms. Murillo also has extensive experience representing clients in immigration court proceedings and is an expert in individual and business immigration. Ms. Murillo also acquired civil litigation experience while working for a large defense litigation firm in Boston prior to beginning her private practice.
Ms. Murillo earned her J.D., graduating with honors, from New England School of Law. She graduated with a B.A from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a major in Political Science. Ms. Murillo learned Spanish while studying in Costa Rica. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Women's Bar Association (WBA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
