Dhar Law, LLP prevailed this week in defending a woman that was placed into deportation proceedings in 2010 by the Department of Homeland Security.  The government's allegations included undocumented presence in the U.S. and other grounds of removability.  Our client, a South Korean mother of two young children, was deemed "subject to removal from the United States" in proceedings before the Boston Immigration Court.  Despite her marriage to a U.S.

Dhar Law, LLP prevails in a Suffolk County jury trial for a commercial airline pilot named as a defendant in a major felony case.  The allegations involved multiple charges in connection with a state law enforcement investigation.  Our client, an airline Station Manager at Boston’s Logan International Airport, was a decorated commercial pilot and instructor with commendations from international business executives.  He had earned unrestricted Department of Homeland Security field access to Logan Airport’s most sensitive areas based to his stature with a private airline.

Dhar Law, LLP prevails on two crucial post-judgment Motions to Reopen in the case of a Massachusetts immigrant family.   With two daughters born in the United States, this Mother and Father attempted to obtain their legal permanent residency with the assistance of a Florida-based religious organization.  Although the couple traveled to Florida multiple times and paid the organization a significant sum of money, the organization turned out to be a fraudulent scheme operated by an individual who falsely told prospective clients that he formerly worked for the Department of Home
